Your AgResource Territory Manager can assist you with adding or removing additional users from your Account.
Sail Point is our Account Management partner of choice. Sail Point securely manages your user name and password and provides functionality to help you unlock your account, reset your password or change user names as needed.
A temporary password can be sent to your email by navigating to the following page. The reset page can also be found by clicking on the link below the Username/Password fields on the main login page.
If the password reset email is not being received, check your email junk and/or spam folders for the email. Otherwise contact your Email Administrator and work with them to determine if the password reset email is being blocked.
Log into AgResource.ca using your old email address, go to "Profile and Password" from the "Profile & Settings" menu. (see below)

Once you are on the “My Profile” page, you can update your new email address in the Account Information area on the left side of the screen as seen below.
If you are seeing a message box at the top of the screen, your browser is either unsupported or below the supported version to work properly in AgResource.ca. If you are running Internet Explorer 9 and above and still see this message, please view the section on how to turn off Compatibility Mode.

Steps to Turn OFF compatibility view setting in Internet Explorer.

  1. Go to Tools (on the top) on Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on Compatibility view settings.
  3. Uncheck "Include updated websites list from Microsoft".
  4. Uncheck "Display intranet sites in compatibility view" if it is checked.
  5. Uncheck "Display all websites in compatibility view" if it is checked.
  6. Click on close, and when you are done refresh the Cargillag.com home page.

You may continue to request product via your traditional channels or you may opt to use the simple web order form provided on AgResource.ca. Simply login and click “Request Product” on the “Home” page. You will be delivered to a simple web form to enter in your ship to location, preferred delivery date, products and quantities requested.
